I specialize in working with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, and burnout. I’m also EMDR-trained and have a special place in my heart for helping those who have experienced trauma.
The therapeutic relationship is central to the therapy process, and we work best when we meet human-to-human.
I incorporate evidence-based strategies into my sessions which draw from research in attachment, trauma, and how we can rewire our brains to feel calmer and more at-ease when life throws us curveballs.
I believe therapy can be playful, creative, and refreshing, in addition to being life changing – I know it has been for me.
